Mafia member High Mileage Firestorm (Pixie) earned her Canadian Master Hunter title at the Mountain Valley Hunting Retriever Club test. This title now qualifies Pixie for a qualification to attend this year�s Canadian Master National. Pixie is with an elite group and perhaps may be the only chocolate to ever have a master hunter title in the AKC and CKC. Pixie is amateur trained and handled by Dave and Marty Kress, on this occasion marty was at the helm.

Congratulations to John Ketzner and Senaquin's Windwalker. The 10 year old chocolate went 9 series in the 2007 Canadian National Amateur Championship.

Mafia member Wyldfire's High Tech CFO MH started the fall season off right by earning a JAM in the Amateur at the Tacoma Retriever Clubs fall trial.

James Hurst reports Pinehurst's All That Jazz got a Reserve Jam in the Open, and a Jam in the Amateur at the Duluth trial on August 17th.

Dave Kress let's the Brown Dog supporters know that Marty Kress and Pixie become the first AKC team to qualify at the Canadian Master National, the first Chocolate to qualify at the CMN and they become National Master Hunters in Canada. Pixie had become a Canadian Master Hunter earlier this summer.

HR Two Belles High Hopes of B&W JH, call name "Tee", completed her forth Junior Hunter pass at Rose Country's 2008 AKC Hunt Test for her JH title and she also completed her third Seasoned pass at the Lone Star 2008 HRC Hunt Test for her HR title.
